I'm Jason,
I’m looking forward to working with you! Together we’re going to learn about what it takes to build your own home. It can be a daunting task, but I know you’re up for it. I’m going to tell you all I know about the construction industry so that you can head into your project fully prepared and confident.
My family has been involved in the construction business for almost four decades. That’s 3 generations of knowledge that I’m going to share with you. Over the years, I have worked on many homes for clients as well as my own home and so I’ve become very familiar with the process of developing residential homes from vacant land.
Because I not only work in the business but have also built my own home, I have a unique perspective on the construction business that I truly believe can be helpful to teach you how to do it yourself. I have a passion for helping people to live in their dream home because …. and I am a proponent of thoughtful design with a client-first approach.
Over the years, I’ve been approached countless times by people asking about what it takes to develop land for residential use. Most of those conversations have been casual in nature and not nearly enough time to really get into the nitty gritty details of a home build. But I realized through these conversations, that there were a lot of people who were holding back on their dreams because they were afraid to take the next steps to building their own home. They were afraid because they thought it would cost too much money or take too much time or that the home wouldn’t be built right because they didn’t have the knowledge to do it correctly.
And that’s when I decided that I should create a roadmap to building your own custom home. This course was designed with you in mind. With so little information available out there on the market about the home building process, the many moving parts can seem incredibly overwhelming, so I can’t say that I blamed people for hesitating. I’ve built relationships with the best in the industry and am able to provide my clients with the best service to help them navigate the world of custom construction. With this course, you’ll no longer hesitate - you’ll be ready to jump confidently into building that home you’ve been dreaming about for so long!
